The equipment is used to detect smoke fire alarm, detector sensitivity, directionality, repeatability, high and low temperature, resistance to ambient light interference, and temperature sensing fire alarm, detector orientation, operation temperature, response time and other characteristics. It is composed of the main body of the smoke box, photoelectric smoke density meter, heater, refrigerator, interference light source device, industrial control computer, etc., in accordance with the standard specifications and parameters. Equipped with photoelectric smoke density meter, used to detect the smoke concentration value in the smoke body, the original imported components, photoelectric smoke density meter adopts advanced optical design, inhibit the influence of environmental temperature on the sensor, to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test. Equipped with built-in heater and external refrigerator, can automatically control the temperature inside the box. When conducting smoke fire detectors, reduce to 0°+/-2°C at a rate of less than 1°C/min, or increase to 55+/-2°C. Test the sensitivity value of smoke detectors in high and low temperature environments. When testing the temperature detector, the heating rate of 1°C/min, 3°C/min, 5°C/min, 10°C/min, 20°C/min, 30°C/min can be set, and the maximum temperature may be 160°C. Through the test software can adjust the wind speed, smoke rate and temperature, meet the standard test requirements. Specially developed Zontest Smoke Test Tunnel software, built-in test parameters, select the corresponding test items, can automatically run the test program, the software continuous monitoring of smoke concentration, smoke rising speed, temperature rate, record the sensitivity value of the detector.
